We have recently changed our telephone system to 3CX (VoIP) (Edition Professional on Windows 10 VPC) and have also bought Yealink T53 telephones. In addition to the telephones, we also bought the wireless headsets (Yealink WH62) and attached them to the Yealink’s T53 via USB. If you talk to a normal phone, the latency is acceptable. But as soon as you switch to wireless headsets, the latency is no longer acceptable. In every conversation you speak to the other in the sentence. We updated the headset and the phone to the latest firmware, but nothing worked. Can i do anything in the pbx of 3cx to get lower delay/lag?

Hi Manuel,

While we do support the T53 phones, we do not control what happens to any headsets connected to them.

Based on your description, it sounds like the latency happens between the phone and the headset (not on the SIP or PBX part).

In this case I strongly suggest you raised the issue with Yealink, as they will be in a better position to help you. They might even be aware of any issues and have plans to update them.
