I have mapped 3 SP park extenisons to the line keys on my Cisco SPA525G, we can place calls on hold and pick them up from any phone in the office. I was on 3CX 10 build 5 and it worked perfectly, after upgraging to build 6 it does not always clear the status of the park extenison, it is very random, some phones will still show a call on SP1 after it is cleared. I did use the new provisioning template for the Cisco phones, and I have tried the old provisioning template as well.
