on debian v.20 can you make certain calls numbers range of CID (ex: 21049XXXXX ) ring to a specific group or user only?

thank you. is there a way also to monitor incoming calls from CID blacklisted numbers?

You'd be looking at sending CIDs to a dummy IVR and ending call then pulling off a call report.
