Spectralink 8440 Wireless Phone

Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience using Spectralink 8440 handsets on a 3CX system?

Any success?

I'm looking to test these handsets on a local 3CX install as their current (Wave IP500) system with these handsets isnt very good.

Yes I have successfully deployed these a couple of times.

You can download generic provisioning templates online but manual configuration is fine also.

What I would say however is be selective of the WiFi access points you are using also, Spectralink have a supported list albeit I used s non supported AP, this config is just as important as the SIP side of things.
