Solved Spectrum/Charter Dedicated SIP Circuit

I have a customer considering 3cx phone system, They have a dedicated SIP Circuit and DIDs owned by Spectrum/Charter and a dedicated SIP router provided by the ISP. Does 3cx support this type of SIP connection? I understand I can't use the hosted version.

3CX is SIP standards compliant meaning it should work with any SIP device and any SIP provider that is also standards compliant. A quick google search returned the following:
