speed dial on grandstrem 2170 doesn't work

i setyp an extension 500 on the 3cx cloud under BLF to speed-dial dial external number

trying to use it getting fast busy, speed dial doesn't work, I login to the extension and setup Speed Dial via Active Account and still doesn't work

I am trying to transfer incoming call to external call but the button doesn't work

any advice ?

Have you tried using Speed Dial instead?
To troubleshoot, first login to phone mgmt interface, and setup Speed Dial there, e.g., Settings, Programmable Keys, Physical Multi-Purpose Keys. Select Account 1 to keep thing simple.
If that works, move on to setting up in 3CX phone extension.
If doesn't work, export and compare GXP2170 config setting when Speed Dial configured thru mgmt interface and when config pushed down from 3cx server.
