We use software called Splynx and need to SSH into 3CX to get it setup. I have all the commands I need to run but we are on a hosted site. Is this possible and if so how do we do it?

Thanks

Hi,
This is not possible for security and stability reasons.

3CX does not grant SSH access on an environment it hosts.

Moreover, even for self-hosted installations, the installation of packages not approved by 3CX is not supported. This means that if you encounter issues with your service, 3CX will likely require you to comply with their requirements and remove the unapproved packages. Therefore, proceed at your own risk.

Note that this is also clarified in the guideline here.
SSH access to a 3CX Hosted installation is not an option.

I've done a quick search and see that Splynx is a billing software.

You can connect your splynx server to the 3CX server by a simple socket connection and have the call records sent to your billing server

https://www.3cx.com/docs/cdr-call-data-records/

You can either connect the 3CX server to the billing or vice versa.
