Hi there,

I took up 3CX on the 1 year Google Cloud Hosting offer for my PBX. This worked fine for a few months, but now, for some reason, the SSL Cert has developed an error, making the entire system unusable.

For some reason, when I go to ccits.3cx.co.uk, it says connection unsecured. Upon viewing the SSL Cert, it appears that another companies PBX's SSL Cert has been applied to my site.

This is very unsafe, and is extremely problematic as none of our phones now work.

Hello @Callum Corrigan

Please note that your instance has been deleted due to inactivity and the IP has been assigned to a different PBX. The DNS entry however for your FQDN still points to the IP and that generates the certificate error.

I am not sure why the PBX was deleted due to inactivity, as it was active.

Could you please restore it?

Please note that this is a automated process which cannot be reverted. This happens when there are no calls to and from the system for a certain amount of time.
The free offer requires that you use the PBX. If less than 5 calls are made per month on the PBX, 3CX reserves the right to remove the PBX in order to save resources. This offer is only valid for new customers. If you have downloaded 3CX in the past and already have a licence key you are not eligible to use the three months free hosting.
