Good day,

We are two administrators for our company's 3CX platform which is hosted in the cloud. On his PC he can open the FQDN on his browser but I have to insert the physical IP of our cloud server. Then it will show that it is not a secure connection. From this I take it that it must be some security issue on my PC. I am also running another 3CX for another company, hosted at the same cloud server, and I can log into that server with the FQDN.

Any idea how to fix the SSL certificate on my PC on the first system?

If you're using the public IP to connect to the Management Console via https then the security warning you're seeing is expected.

The problem here is the fact that you cannot connect using the FQDN. What IP does it resolve to if you try running the following from that same PC's command prompt:

nslookup FQDN

Do you see the correct public ip?
