Solved SSL Connection problem

Hi,
Lately, after app update on iOS I get "Cannot establish SSL connection" and cannot change status nor register account by scanning QR code. The same on 2 iphones. I've updated 3cx system on server and have not any problems on Android phones.
Is there any solution of this problem?

3CX v18 Debian 10.
I had the same problem.
I renewed the SSL certificate, after which I began to receive a new error when scanning the QR - error 404.
The Android application works perfectly with this QR.
The previous version of the application (before February 27) works fine (no complaints yet)

Sounds like you have the same issue with no system data from the server in the new version of the iOS app as reported by other posts here in the last few days since the new v20.0.1.x dropped. The new version of the app requires a valid SSL connection to the server now, unlike the previous versions. See the other posts for more info and examples.

FYI - I didn't have a certificate problem on my web server, but I did have a certificate problem on Secure SIP.

when will the bug be fixed? When will the new version of the app come out?
How can the application be downgraded or where can I download the old version?
It's been going on for quite some time now and it's becoming a problem.

Jan, now that I understand what's going on, I'm not sure it's going to be fixed. v20 is much stricter about certificates, and that includes iOS/Android apps, even if you haven't upgraded your system. They see it as a feature, not a bug.

There is no problem with the ios app. If you use a selfsigned certificate that wont work at all! You need to use an real certificate.

So the new version of the application does not support selfsigned certificate.
Replacing the certificate solved the problem.
