Stand alone TAPI driver

Is it possible to get the 3cx Tapi driver as a separate download? I really do not want to download the CRM. In version 11 this was included with the my phone client, but this seem to be the case with version 12.

Download the crm, take the tapi server from windows system 32 and play around making an install on your own - regsvr32 etc etc.
Why you need a standalone installer I do not understand. You can select to install 3CXTapi only if you like.
