1. I have 3 x dummy extensions setup using the softphone and would like to configure them to Anto-Ans upon launch. Is there anyone that can help with this? Do any switches exist for the Softphone client?
2. Having encountered a few limitations with the current softphone, we are looking for something with more flexible configurations - maybe one with an inbuilt queuing system or with an API we can work around?
