Start music on hold from beginning?

Is there a variable or setting somewhere I can choose that will make the hold music play from the beginning when a person is being put in shared parking?

Are you playing custom music on hold? When I put an extension on hold then send it to shared parking, it restarts the music on hold. Can you describe your scenario in more detail?
