STARTUP : Attended Transfer not working (Dekstop App & DeskPhones Fanvil V64)

Hello,
I'm installing a Startup Version with Fnavil V64 Phones.
There's no option in the phoen provisioning to get attended transfer.
In Desktop App, if the dialer is managing the Fanvil, Attended transfer icon is present when on line and working except if transfer destination is not responding, when i hang up the transfer, the Take Back call Bleu icon sin't showing so it's impossible to take the original call back !
It's anusable for the end-user ...

Can you implement that asap or do i have to sell a PRO + CLOUD solution ?

For the attended transfer BLF behavior, this is not available in StartUP. If you need additional features that StartUP does not currently have (like all the options you see under MC>>Phone provisioning tab), the only solution is to go with a dedicated hosted PBX which will give you more functionality.

The remote-control function of the IP phones via the webclient is limited. Unfortunately this cannot change at the moment and was the same as the previous build.

Just to add to this - Attended transfer is absolutely working, just not configured to a BLF button. This is coming in update 8.

inconditionnel transfert works with BLF, but if you want to have your correspondant before you do the transfert, you need to push transfert, then type the extension number then choose call and then when you are online with the person, you can tranfert the call if its ok.
