We have updated our Skyetel trunk to permit high cost/international calling, however calls to numbers outside of North America are failing with a busy tone and do not appear to be hitting Skyetel or even leaving the 3CX StartUP instance. Is there any way to see a log in the StartUP instance to see why these calls are failling? Local calls in and out are working fine.

Thank you!

After working with Skyetel we can see that the calls are making it there, but the leading 0 is getting stripped. So when I dial 011443002220000, Skyetel is only showing 11443002220000 in the log and the call fails. I don't believe we can modify outbound routes on StartUP, but hopefully there's a trick to complete international calls with StartUP.

The number gets sent to the provider as is. So its Skyetel removing the number. Check the Skyetel portal to see how your account is setup. Try using a + (i.e e164 dialing) as it might expect an e164 number. And then contact skyetel for support.

Or use Callcentric or Voxtelesys works out of the box.
