StartUp keeps reloading in Firefox

Hello All!

I'm trying to use StartIp but it keeps reloading the page.
It is hard to log in.

When I am logged in keeps reloading every 5 seconds or so.

This is with Firefox on Linux on two seperate systems.

Does anyone else have this?

Hi strolok, Are you still having this issue? Have you checked the inspector, console view, for any errors?

I had this with the webclient, Cleaning up firefox from the settings of firefox cleared this issue , something with cache was making it refresh every 5 seconds.

This is happening to us in the web client. The web client is unusable now since update 5, refreshes every 5 seconds. Tried Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox on macOS and fresh installs of Windows 10 and 11, no luck.

The Start-up version should now be updated to update 6. Are you still having this issue, though?

Can you ensure that your browsers used are updated?
