StartUP Pro instead of StartUP Free

when we do a new signup we get StartUP Pro, how to switch to FREE?

Just wait until the end of pro trial and then it will turn into free

Thank you for your question.

The StartUP is issued as a StartUP PRO edition for 2 months trial period free of charge.
On the expiry date, if not renewed as a StartUP PRO, it wil auto-downgrade to StartUP FREE.

If it is necessary to switch to StartUP FREE before the PRO trial expiry date, please contact our CSR team at [email protected] and we will be happy to follow up and assist you.
