I don't see any option to set the number of seconds to ring the ring group before sending a call to voicemail.
The issue I have is that Callcentric will ring the incoming calls a maximum of 60 seconds before sending the call to their own internal voicemail.
I, obviously, want to use the 3cx voicemail, but the phones just keep ringing until Callcentric voicemail picks up the incoming call.
How can I fix this?

Hi @t4rp

The default ring timeout is 20 seconds in 3CX. If your ring strategy is set to "Ring All" then after 20 seconds the call will be routed to the Destination if no answer.
If you have your ring strategy to "Prioritized Hunt" then each agent will ring for 20 seconds before the call is routed to the Destination if no answer. If you have 3 agents or more then Callcentrics voicemail will answer the call first.

For StartUP you cannot change the timeout so I would recommend switching to "Ring All" if you haven't done so already.

Well it most definitely does not send my "Ring All" to voicemail after 20 seconds. It keeps ringing perpetually until Callcentric times out after 60 seconds and sends it to Callcentric internal voicemail. Then, it sends a missed call e-mail. This is what my settings look like, so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. Under Users, two different users are selected to be part of the ring group.

I made a mistake in my previous reply and I apologize for that. The timeout for the ring group is 60 seconds for StartUP. So that's the reason the call is answered by Callcentric's voicemail first.
So I decided to also play around with the Digital Receptionist feature to see if maybe having a voice prompt answer the call would avoid the issue with Callcentric treating the call as unconnected and sending it to Callcentric's internal voicemail, but the Digital Receptionist option just flat out doesn't work
You mean the call is not answered by the Digital receptionist? How did you set this up? Did you assign your DIDs directly to the Ring Group or are you routing through the Office Hours menu?

Let me check the office hours menu, this might have been the issue... but I did get it to work by deleting the Ring Group and the Digital Receptionist (all call handling empty) THEN adding it again, and now it does work, I am able to get the call answered by Digital Receptionist and I set a 5 second timeout to connect to my ring group, which then only rings for about 15 seconds before going to voicemail (not 60 seconds as stated above)....

I have been administering my own FreePBX install for the past 10 years and we want to move to the cloud.... really a big fan of 3CX's proprietary SBC as this solves a lot of issues with NAT for home office users... I know Startup PRO is supposed to be a less-feature rich product for smaller organizations but if we could just set timeouts and turn off e-mail notifications for things like missed calls (which can be too much for our e-mail boxes) it could be a perfect solution at a good price (Startup PRO).... any hope of these being added? We really don't need the added complexity of the full-featured hosted solution...
