Status of specific user doesn't change

Hi there,

One of the employees from our customer just contacted us because of a strange issue. Her colleagues don't see her in the list of logged in users, which was strange because she was logged in to the system just fine. The things I've tried:
- Check whether the user is actually on available (which she is)
- Changed her status to both DND and Away (and then back to Available)
- I've logged out and in to the 3CX PWA app
- I've revoked the session that she was into
- I've changed her password
- I've deleted the user and recreated it
- I've restarted the 3CX OS

The strange thing is that when I login to the admin console, she is indeed grey which means logged out. When I check the active connections she is actually connected. Another weird thing, I can just call through an external number. Also, in the audit log I see her logins just fine.

What is going on here? Some strange bug?

Are notifications enabled on the Webclient? The little blue bell icon.

Yes, that has been checked. All notifications are allowed. Just tried a different browser, namely Google Chrome instead of Microsoft Edge. I was able to login, which worked fine for about 30 seconds. After that time the employee is grey again. So weird!

Try resetting the permissions.



Failing that, see if there is anything that would be blocking web access from the PC.

Just did that in Google Chrome, it seems to be working correctly now. But again, so weird what just happened. Because after I installed Google Chrome it worked for half a minute and then it just stopped. Now i've resetted everything and it looks OK. For your information, they're working in a RDS-environment, so all users are on the same machine.
