Status problem still on available in rds windows

I have deployed a 3cx for my company on windows rds servers.
We have the concern that the status of employees remains available even when they close their rds session.
We use the windows desktop app, if you have a solution to fix this?

If session remain active and clients/ apps are open then the extension will appear registered. Same will happen if you provision a mobile app extension will remain recited with push even if app is closed.

Available Status is something different entirely here though.

What do you want to achieve?

De register extension or change status?

In the admin panel, the softphone appears disconnected but the user still appears online even though the application is closed on the rds server and is not installed on the phone.

So clarify the user shows a red dot before their name in the management console, users section, so where exactly does it show they are online please?

Do have screenshots to share of what exactly you are referring to?
