Stop Dialer from Launching Mid Screen

How do you stop the dialer from re opening mid view every time a ring group call is incoming? Regarding the desktop client 3CX 18 Windows. By comparison on the old legacy 3CX Windows client, the dialer launches near the system tray and then disappears. I liked that behaviour a lot better. On a busy ring group its annoying for the dialer on 18 to keep launching in the middle of the monitor every time a call is incoming.

Hi @3CX-User-CA,

Close everything except the dialer, move it to the position you want, close it using the X but don't exit the client in the System tray. Call that extension again, where does it pop up for you?
