Stop prepending my own number.

Hello all,

I am having trouble removing the prepend of my own phone number that displays on the phone when I receive a call.

As it stands now When i get a call it will show up as (My number)(My name) (callers Name if applicable) (caller number).
This takes forever just to see who is calling on the physical phone itself. What I would like is it to show (caller Name if applicable) (Caller Number) and possibly (my number/group) that was called. So I can see who is calling right away.

The physical phone is a Polycom Soundpoint 331

Does anyone know how to remove this prepend of my own number or at least move it to the end?

Have you determined where is this number coming from? Is it added by a Ring Group or Queue?

Settings -> General -> Global -> Inbound Name to Caller ID
I find this adds the Ring Group Name and DID name sometimes which can be annoying and the same at times.
I think PREPEND is the Default - but APPEND may be what works better for you.
