Solved Stop Windows App from taking focus on incoming call

3CX Desktop app 18.12.425
OS Windows 10 Pro 22h2 with CU 2023-07

Our client would like the 3CX desktop app to NOT take focus on an incoming call.
They are a medical practice and when entering notes into the practice management system (Web application in chrome) they are prevented from typing into chrome as focus has shifted to 3CX desktop app when a call comes in.

Does anyone know a way to prevent the 3CX desktop app from taking focus on an incoming call.

I know the desktop app is not preferred 3cx choice but our client uses call queues and the desktop app is what they want to use.

If you open your Desktop App and navigate under Settings<<Integration, is the steal focus option disabled?
