STOP_VM Automatically Getting Enabled

Out of the blue yesterday STOP_VM started setting itself to 1. I change it back to 0 and it's good for a time, but then soon after goes straight back to 1. I've read through all the previous threads and I look fine there. We're not bumping up on space, I've set voicemails older than 30 days to be deleted. Any ideas what could be going on?

Scratch that. Figured out the issue. I miss understood what the old threads when they talked about storage space. I thought they meant server storage space but what it's really referring to is the quota space under Setting>Voicemail. We pegged out the quota so I cleared out some old voicemails and enabled auto cleaning. STOP_VM stays shut off now and I noticed QUOTA_STOP_VM automatically set itself to 0 as well.
