I have a strange issue where when a conference is ending, the last party (an external party) is left on hold. The system doesn't send a bye message to the carrier, it just plays music for the last party.
Recreating it:
From a Desktop Client
1. Call 1st Cell phone and get answered
2. Hit the conference feature in client
3. Dial a 2nd cell phone and get answered (conference is automatically created)
4. Desktop client hits the end call button
5. Cell #1 and #2 are then speaking with each other
6. Cell #1 hangs up and bye message is received from the carrier SIP trunk
7. Cell #2 is put on hold and is listening to hold music.
I need Cell #2 to be sent the bye message. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
