Strange displays on 3CX soft phone

I have 2 users, out of 30 that are seeing incorrect display names when calling other internal extension using the 3CX soft client version 6. They have uninstalled and reinstalled the client using the auto provision but get a display name of another extension user other than the one they are calling.

do they have a phone book or contacts setup in myphone or another phone with same extension numbers?
