I'm searching to fix to issues:
1. when pick up a tranfered call, I have audio but like my mute were on.
pressing hold twice audio is ok.

2.still I have some delay on one way from me to PSTN listener, in the other way no delay.

I have:
3cx last version
SPA400 gateway
xlite soft phones.

thanks,
Martin

About "#126":
You need to ask X-lite support about why it happens. :)

About transfer:
Problem is not related to "#126". It will be good of you provide some more information about call.

About delay:
Additional information is necessary as well.

Anyway, please describe your use case. It is very difficult to investigate problems like "something going wrong". :)

Thanks

thanks for the answer:

my environment:
3cx: last version
pstn gateway: Linksys SPA400
SO: Wndows server 2003
Phones: Xlite softPhone

My most critical problem is delay.
How delay is?

Call is incoming from PSTN -> I pick up the phone.
OK, no problem... for first 30 seconds.
After this time, starts to appears a small voice delay from me to PSTN Caller. At 60 seconds talking delay increase, at 90 seconds I have a big delay!
in the other voice way, the caller voice is heared without delay at 3cx phone ever.

Sample:

Me (at 3cx) Caller (PSTN line caller)
Call Time: 0 seconds
Hello>>>>>>>>>>0 sec>>>>>>>Hello
Hello<<<<<<<<<<0 sec<<<<<<<Hello

Call Time: 30 seconds
Hello>>>>>>>>>>1 sec>>>>>>>Hello
Hello<<<<<<<<<<0 sec<<<<<<<Hello

Call Time: 60 seconds
Hello>>>>>>>>>>2 sec>>>>>>>Hello
Hello<<<<<<<<<<0 sec<<<<<<<Hello

Call Time: 90 seconds
Hello>>>>>>>>>>3 sec>>>>>>>Hello
Hello<<<<<<<<<<0 sec<<<<<<<Hello

Call Time: 120 seconds
Hello>>>>>>>>>>4 sec>>>>>>>Hello
Hello<<<<<<<<<<0 sec<<<<<<<Hello

and then.....

Trick to fix:
when delay start to make impossible to talk, I press hold twice and delay is reseted!!! starting again.

I made several test checking and unchecking varios parameters at 3cx:
bind to media, support reinvite, supports replace header, but I can't supress the delay.

Do you need more info, logs, anything to help me?
thanks!
Martin

About Xlite i have no idea. About the delay on the SPA400, if im not mistaken SPA3102 is pretty much the same but is the newer device of the kind...
Try to change the line impedance values to adjust the "Echo" worked here :D

Cheers

Just to let you know that the spa400 was build by linksys to only work with the SPA9000. You might get it to work with 3cx but no promises about it behaving 100% correctly.

thanks for the answer.

no way changing impedance, I have delay...

I know that spa400 is designed to work with 9000, but all works ok, only this detail about delay..!

As I stated, when Press hold twice, delay is reseted and I have following logs:

20:08:51.203 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender [MS104000] Call(46) Ext.123: (ACTIVE) RTP stream to 192.168.7.1:29498 restored.
20:08:48.390 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender [MS004000] Call(46) Ext.123: (ACTIVE): Can't send RTP stream to 0.0.0.0:29498 destination unreachable

what means?

I'm sure, that some troubleshooting going to supress delay ;)
thanks

Just after a quick glance it appears to be dropping the IP, 0.0.0.0 is not valid obviously. Depressing hold restores the IP. Why? I haven't a clue  . Just observing right now. Sorry.

I'm lost too.
may be 3cx staff can help me to find a clue.
