Hi all,

We have an instance of 3CX running in a Server 2008 VM under Hyper-V. Endpoints are 5 Linksys SPA921, 1 Grandstream GXP2000. We use 2 SIP trunks, one incoming/outgoing and one purely outgoing, and one POTS via a SPA3102 configured as an ATA (ie, no LAN set and connected to 3CX via the WAN port).

Clients complained about the IVA we had installed ("too impersonal"), so we disabled it and switched to a simple hunt group that rings one extension, then passes the call to a ringall containing all other extensions after unanswered for 20 seconds. All extensions are configured to ring for 20 seconds before forwarding.

Internal calls between extensions behave as expected, but external calls via either the SIP trunk or the single POTS line cause the extensions to only ring twice. Caller still hears generated ring tone, but no activity from the extensions at all.

Anyone else had a similar problem?
