Hello,
We have a 15.5 Installed. 64 SC. At some point last week on 9/4/2019 the Global Recording path got set from C:/ProgramData/3CX/Instance1/Data/Recordings to C:/ProgramData/3CX/Instance1/Data/Recordings/628 which is an extension that we created almost a month ago on 8/13. This caused all the records to start being inserted into this 628 ext, which is just a standard user we created.
Any ideas why or how this happened? I'm the only Admin of the 3cx box, with a very secure password. I doubt anyone maliciously just set THAT specific option.
Any ideas? I changed it back, seems to be working fine now. Just strange.
