stripping numbers

hello,have been using 3cx and would wish to know how to strip my country code +254 to 0 in my outbound number,eg +254xxxxxxxxx to 0xxxxxxxxx

You may consider using E.164, in 3CX to convert the + to something else, that is then handled in the outbound rules.
