Good Afternoon,

To open i have to say I'm deeply underwhelmed by version 18 vs v16, the deprecating of the chrome plugin has introduced one major issue. In our crm when we enter a phone number it automatically strips the first zero and adds, in our case +353 When i click on this and it grants me the option to open in 3cx desktop client, it then fails to dial. E.164 support is enabled and iv'e tried adding a default outbound rule to strip off the country code and insert a leading zero but, it doesn't do anything, it sits there for about 10 seconds then says either "call failed" or "not permitted".

Can anyone assist with the exact format the rule should take as nothing I've tried seems to work.
Kind Regards,
Phaze

First off, what SIP Provider are you using and in what format are they expecting the number to be sent? Please provide an example.

Secondly, you might want to consider disabling E.164 processing completely and let the Outbound Rules take care of the number reformatting.
