Solved Struggling with Live Chat

Hey Everyone,

Trying to setup live chat, but the chat says "Failed to Fetch" on WP plugin and "Chat is not available at the moment." when connecting directly to the live chat URL. I've checked my office hours, and tried setting the destination to an extension and a call queue. System is 3CX hosted, and an Enterprise Annual license. Would love any suggestions possible as I'm running a demo in 3 days.

Yes, I followed those steps for the setup.

Inspecting the page source it seems like a CORS error, not sure what steps to take on Wordpress to allow this:

Access to fetch at '3cx Live Chat URL' from origin 'Website URL' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

What website URL have you entered under the Live Chat configuration within the admin console > Voice & Chat > Your website section?

Does this match exactly the site's URL when you access your site?

Yes I was just reviewing the forums for CORS errors and saw a few of those. I believe I have it setup correctly:

I needed to move forward so that I could show the demo, this is what ended up working for me. As this was our sales demo system that has been migrated multiple times, I redeployed the system on a new URL and everything, completely clean new setup (on V20). Once deployed, Live Chat worked flawlessly after updating the URLS.
