Stuck call on Listen in.

I have a user who used this function yesterday however, that leg is still hung on the 3CX client 22hrs later.

I cant drop the leg as an admin.

Also, looking on active calls on the portal, it says 1 but cant see any calls once i vew. Think somebody else reported this issue.

Any ideas?
