Stuck in a loop

My existing SMB system is already deployed. However, upon login it states I need to create a subscription. When I click create a subscription it states my existing SMB system is already deployed. When I attempt to access my account, I am then redirected back to the login screen stating I need to create a subscription again.

I have attempted to use the customer support and technical support chatbot with no solution provided other than posting here.

Please advise.

Are you logging in to the 3CX customer portal? You should log in to the server via the web client, directly.
