I am trying to migrate an on premise 3CX system to DO hosted.

I went into the existing system and exported the system including license and FQDN.
Shutdown the on-premise 3cx system
Connected to the 3CX portal and in Systems, selected the existing system and selected "Install"
Went through the install and selected Cloud and DO. Put in Key, selected restore from backup and selected my full backup file
The system created the new DO droplet, uploaded the full backup.
Now I seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I cannot connect to the 3CX console from my office or the location where on-premise system was hosted.
I can connect to the console from a location that has not been used to connect to the console before,
Is this a TTL in the DNS at the two locations and I need to wait it our or did i do something wrong during the site creation at Digital Oceans.

Thanks

@BCS-Tech can you please elaborate when you sat " cannot connect to the 3CX console from my office or the location where on-premise system was hosted. " ?
did you get blacklisted ? Or maybe you have any deskphones on your old office which which are setup with STUN now ?
Because if you have blacklisted your offices Public IP, then yes you will not be able to login from there.
Can you login from another location ( like mobile with 4G ) and check the Blacklist section on the dashboard ?

I can connect to the console from a location (A) that I have never used to connect to this console before.

I just connected to the console from location (A) above and checked, My office IP is set to ALLOW in the Blocklist. and says this was created by "PBX Express". And nothing else is listed in the Blocklist.

I cannot connect to the console from my Office or from the location where the on-premise PBX was previously hosted.

OK, Kick me in the ass and call me stupid!!! The firewall at both locations was blocking the connection to the IP address of the new DO host.

All is right with the world now.

@BCS-Tech glad that all is good now !!
And yes we whitelist in the console the IP address where you created the pbx from in order to avoid blacklist entries and be able to login to your pbx without any issues.
I wasn’t sure if you created the pbx from your office or from somewhere else.
But now all is more then fine, so enjoy it !!
