Subject: Clarification on Call Log Icons – What Does Each Color Represent?

Hi everyone,


I'm trying to better understand the meaning of the icons in the Call Log section of the 3CX Management Console – particularly the colored phone icons shown under the "Caller" column.


I've attached a screenshot as a reference (see attachment).


Can anyone explain what each color represents (yellow, blue, red, orange, etc.)?
Is there an official legend or documentation that explains these icons?

The colored phone icons displayed under the “Caller” column represent the following statuses:

ACTIVE CALL ON A QUEUE AND WAITING

RINGING

RINGING ON THE WEB CLIENT

AGENT IS ON AN ACTIVE CALL

QUEUE SLA BREACHED

EXTERNAL CALL

What does 'RINGING' and 'RINGING ON THE WEB CLIENT' means? And, what is the difference?

From our testing on Update 7, the orange icon is for calls coming from an internal extension to another extension or ring group.

The red icon is for any incoming external call to any extension or any call going to a queue.

But from our testing, it seems different, and we do not know what does it mean? The call below is an external call to a call queue with a 'Ring All' polling strategy to ext. 1102, 1106 and 1010, but why only ext. 1102 is having RED icon? And, other 2 ext. is having ORANGE icon?

Extension 1102, is also a System Owner?

All three extensions are System Owner.

What was each extension doing at that time? All were idle and ringing or any were on another call?

Ext. 1106 and Ext. 1102 was opening the 3CX at that time, Ext.1010's 3CX was idle at background but doing other tasks at that time.
