Dear Support,
We are currently using the multi-tenant version of 3CX and have noticed that the “Allowed Countries” setting is applied globally across all tenants.
I would like to propose a feature enhancement: the ability to configure allowed countries on a per-tenant basis. This would provide greater flexibility for environments where different clients have different requirements. For example, one client may need to allow calls to Malta, Italy, and Germany, while another may only require Malta and Italy.
While we understand that outbound rules can be configured to achieve similar restrictions, this approach is not ideal as it adds complexity and overhead in management. A per-tenant “Allowed Countries” feature would streamline administration and improve security control for hosted environments.
Thank you for considering this request. Please let me know if you need further clarification.
