I want to schedule WebMeetings and include the invitation URL into my manually created invitations without any calendar integration from 3CX, because I prefer using my desktop Outlook for creating invitations instead of the web version which is brought up by the 3CX web client. Further on, there often already is an existing event and the dial in URL needs to be added afterwards to the existing event. In all these cases the current schedule form in WebClient is a bit nasty, as I always have to choose a calendar integration or direct mail.

The least disturbing workaround I've found is to schedule the event using "Direct mail" as calendar integration and leaving the participants empty. I'll get an e-mail then which contains the link I can paste into my existing invitation.

What I would like to see instead would be the option to simply choose no calendar integration. The only thing required to make this work would be to additionally show the invitation link on the scheduled meeting in the web client. Currently only the organizer link is listed there.

To extend on this, to be able to customise the calendar integration selection would be good. At the moment it is Google, Outlook etc and these appear to be hard coded.

We are using Zimbra and this will take you to creating a new appointment;

Also, if the web URL for the web meeting can be put into the location field

You have the option to use iCalendar which will simply generate an ics file and you can do with it whatever you please once you open it in your favorite email client.

It will contain all the relevant information.
