We set a hot key to open the dialer but its such a shame 3CX didnt think of properly closing the loop here...
When you press the hot key to open the dialer the dialer comes to the front and gets focus with the keyboard input in the search box... so far so good.
You can then type the first few characters of someone's name to bring up a list of matching results.... still so far so good
BUT then it falls apart....
There's no key press, either arrow keys or tab key etc to go down to the matching contact so you can then press enter to dial
you have to go back to the mouse to complete the call.... whats the point of hot keys if you then need to use the mouse anyway ?
don't tell me..... a platinum partner will need to raise it as a change request :/
