Supervised calling for sales trainee

We have a specific use case and need to know how to implement this using hosted 3cx:

Sales trainee needs to be on a supervised, shared call with their trainer. They need the following conditions met:
1. Both trainer and trainee share a call,
2. Both have dial-out capability to make a 3rd outbound connection,
3. Either party has the option to mute their mic.

What is the best way to implement this?

If both users are in the same group, you can assign the trainer a role that "Can Barge in, listen or whisper (Available in Professional and Enterprise)" from the user rights tab.

The trainee can make outbound calls and the trainer can 'barge-in' to listen and speak (the trainee will be able to see this), 'whisper' directly to the trainee without the customer hearing them or 'listen' (the trainee will not see this)

If you only have a small business license or don't want to elevate the permissions of the trainer, you could alternately use the conference feature.
