The support chat located at 'fqdn/callus/=#service', accessible from the web, is causing a client some grief. They have some service that did a scan of their site for open pages and this one popped up. Said service wants it gone. I don't know why, but compliance is necessary.
Is their a way to kill this page entirely, preferably in the UI (Though I'll dig through command line if I have to)? I can disable the chat by turning the chat function off, but the page is still accessible.
On-Premise PBX, Linux, V20, though V18 instructions would be nice as well.
