Support for Airset

Anything in the works that will support/import contacts from Airset?

I'm referring to a feature like skype has, that after you install it, all the numbers turn into hyperlinks that launch (or give you the option of launching) the application to complete the call.

Similarly, can Skype and 3CX be configured to work like this without having Skype connect (business account) and just using my personal skype account?
