Support for Grandstream GRP2612 full line

Looking at the documentation, I see that the Grandstream GRP2612, GRP2612P, GRP2612W are specifically listed as supported within 3CX v18. Is the GRP2612G model not supported, or since it uses the same firmware as the others, would it be safe to assume it works as well?

Give it a try. Likely not officially supported but if they are that similar it should work the same.

But don’t purchase new. Only if you already have them.

Always purchase new only the preferred hardware for best experience.

Unfortunately this is a new purchase and a large order. I could always go to the GRP2612 which is 10/100 and supported but the GIG port would be nice to future proof. The price point and availability of this phone is one of the selling features.

Grandstream has an attractive price until you add how much extra work to support them is. However if you insist I would suggest purchasing one and test it out to make sure you are comfortable supporting it.
