I know that someone else is going to have this problem, and I want to save them a headache.
By default, there are two options checked under the Troubleshooting section. DO NOT uncheck them (unless you really have to.)
The subheading reads "Potentially overcome compatibility issues with old/incompatible phones with these options" which implies that they should not be checked for new/supported phones.
This can affect caller ID, transfers and BLF and i'm sure other issues. So make sure you have those enabled, unless you really know that you shouldn't.
