Solved Supported (Dedicated Servers Only) for 3CX hosting?

I thought "Dedicated Servers Only" was not for 3CX Hosting? Is that an error?

Dedicated means both hosted, self-hosted, and on-premise 3cx installations. This means the providers are not available to add to SMB instances.
