Supporting multiple customers

Hello everybody,

I was wondering how you all support multiple customers. We are a PBX service provider with over 100 3CX systems in our data center. We get requests from our customers for the WhatsApp integration, but I'm still wondering about how to set this up. Currently, Meta only allows 2 businesses per account, so creating a new business for each customer is not an option. Adding multiple numbers to a single business could be a solution, but those numbers would be registered to different companies, in the same Meta business, which would not look good towards Meta's strict policies.
I believe the only solution would be to get access to the Facebook business account from the customer, or have our Facebook developer account added to the customer's facebook business.

I hope to hear your stories on how to handle this.

It's not something I do or have experience with but you have the ability to add "Partners" to your developer account. I'm not sure about the extent of access that they get but I'm sure a bit of testing would tell you that.




I guess the other option would be for them to add you as a 'developer' user.
