Suppressing audio Dialing ring tone

I am using 3CXPhone with BroadVox as provider. I get a "Dialing" ring tone when I place a call, then a "Ringing" ring tone when the call goes through. How can I make the "Dialing" tone stop when the "Ringing" tone begins. The 3CXPhone version I have downloaded is 3.1.8571.0 and has no advanced settings to suppress audio as shown in support document.
