Solved Switch from on-prem to hosted admin gone

Once i switched to hosted and log in with my system owner i do not see the admin icon in the bottom left corner, only the apps icon. How do i get around this?

I see this is resolved via ticket, which was the correct path to take

Restored backup contained IP console restrictions for Admin functions.
