Switch status back after X time not working

We've never tried using this feature until today, but it appears this feature in the Android version isn't working despite the status we switch over to via Wifi.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Tested on OnePlus 5/5T 5.1.3, 3CX Android V15.5.342.392, 3CX Internal Server V15.5

Hi Marios,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I did the following:

• Open the app with the status already set to available (connected via Wifi)
• Pressed the status icon to change status
• Pressed the arrow next to away for more options
• Selected the 'switch status back after' option
• Selected 15 mins
• Pressed back to confirm my status is set to away (which it was)
• Pressed home button to exit but not terminate app
• Opened app again after approx. 25 mins to find the status hadn't changed

Follow these steps:

• Open the app with the status already set to available
  
• Press the arrow next to away for more options
• Select the 'switch status back after' option
  
• Select 15 mins
  
• Press back to confirm the status is set to away
  
• Press home button to exit
• Check the status after 15m

i.e. DO NOT change the status and then set the "Switch status back after", you should immediately press the arrow next to away and set the "Switch status...". Try this out and let me know.
