Switchboard doesn't show external parked calls

When using the switchboard, I can see all active calls and any calls from extension to extension that are parked. However, if someone calls from the outside and they are parked, they do not show up on the switchboard. The BLF turns red and anyone can pick it up, but it does not show on the switchboard. We are using 3cx V14 and Yealink T42G phones.

So it actually shows the parked call for a split second, but then it disappears from the list. The call is still parked and can be answered. The blf light is also red indicating a parked call, but it does not stay in the switchboard.

In the Extension Settings for that extension, in the "Rights" tab, do you have the "Allow parking" option checked?

It appears that was it. Users did not have that right, but they were still able to park calls. It just couldn't be seen from the switchboard. Thanks for the help.
